What is MUN?
Model United Nations is essentially a United Nations conference simulation where delegates have the opportunity to represent a particular country and discuss world issues in order to formulate the best resolutions. In Model UN conferences, there are usually several committees that delegates may choose to participate in, such as ECOSOC, UNHRC, UNESCO, UN WHO, etc.

Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation and/or academic activity in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations.
In MUN conferences, delegates must state their country’s stance and must not ever state their own personal opinions.
A series of debates and speeches will proceed in MUN conferences. Delegates would establish partnerships with other countries to collectively construct a working paper (which concisely states the possible solutions in encountering the issue), which will lead to a draft resolution (with an UN-specific format).

A few benefits of the MUN are Gaining World knowledge, build confidence, Problem-solving skills, Diplomacy, Public speaking, Networking, writing skills, and most importantly Leadership skills.

MUNs are known for their quality, high standards, and participating in one will work as an asset when you apply for colleges and/or jobs.

MUN helps the student become more aware of the situations taking place in the world and help them dive deeper into them by Public Speaking and debating.

PRINCE MUN is an incredible opportunity for all of you to exercise the skills that you will be learning in these 8 session of MUN at an actual MUN conference.
We understand that you may have just started your MUN journey, and that you may feel as if you don't have the skills required for a MUN yet; however, the only way you will actually be able to learn and find your passion for MUNs is if you attend a MUN conference.
These 8 classes course are training sessions for people who want to refine their MUN skills and become better or for people that want to gain knowledge about MUN. These session will help you in your life ahead in your confidence, problem-solving skills, creative-thinking skills, quick decisions, persuasion, research or public speaking.
Past Students of Prince MUN, have been delegates at Bombay Scottish MUN, Oberoi MUN, JBCN MUN, HMUN (Harvard MUN) & many others. Under the guidance of Prince MUN, one delegate has also won the "High Commendation Award" at the HMUN which is one of the most prestigious and toughest MUN in the world among the other delegation awards as well.

At 16 years old, Gresha Chheda, a teen entrepreneur, devotes a significant amount of her time guiding middle schoolers from grades 6 to 9, to navigate through the world of Model United Nations, popularly referred to as MUN. She has successfully conducted 2 seasons. Generally, there are 8 sessions in one season, where the first 4 sessions are introduction sessions to MUN, understanding the rules and procedures of MUN. The 6th & 7th sessions are Mock MUN’s followed by the last 2 sessions where students participate in a MUN along with their peers.

Gresha has participated in over 35+ MUN forums in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and other cities.

She says, “I've always been passionate about Public Speaking and Global issues. My journey so far has been a rollercoaster. From a 6th grade girl who hated MUN and was shy to speak, to now who has attended almost more than 35+ MUN's with experience as a delegate, organizing committee, executive board member, and a secretariat member all over India and the world including Harvard MUN, Stanford MUN, and IMUN.

She has been awarded the best delegate in numerous MUN forums including the DDKF MUN, PIS MUN, MLSI MUN, IMUN, and others. Best position paper, and a lot many awards through this journey. All these valuable experiences have shaped her to develop into a better thinker, be more open-minded, and be a confident communicator.

“Preparing for these was always a challenge that I saw most of my peers and I faced Right from researching the topic, putting it down relevant information about the topic, getting to know the rules, what should one put into, to going to a speaking on stage, a challenge faced by 90% of the people.”

Drawing upon her own experience, “Taking all that as my inspiration, and instead of sitting idle during my summer and winter breaks, I decided to go help students, who had the interest to attend MUNs, who are curious, want to develop themselves further but were unable to figure their way around preparations and the training required.”

About Me

I am Dhairya Chheda and I have always been passionate about debating.
​
Like 80% of teenagers, I was also clueless about the preps needed to do a MUN.
​
Back in grade 5, my sister forced me to do MUN, and just like the others, I hated it. because
I did not know where to start from.
​
So after hours of finding out, and seeing people around me struggle - Gresha Started Prince MUN, and it's helped me and a bunch of kids that I see today.
​
Over the last 4 year of debates, I have won Best delegate, Verbal Mentions and have participated in almost 20+ MUN's & there's no stopping.
Oberoi MUN (OIS MUN), DDKF MUN, SIS MUN, MLSI MUN
JNIS MUN, JBCN MUN are a few to name.
​
As Prince MUN's motto says, Theres always a chance to make this world a better place and I believe you can too.

I hope to inspire millions of the youth, share my story and help them write their own. I believe that each and everyone has the potential to make a change and will make an impactful dent in this world.

Getting on board of Prince MUN and co chairing the last season has been truly amazing and I hope to seeing more debates and taking Prince MUN to greater and newer heights!

The overall program is for 8 sessions and the dates are mentioned above. The sessions will be conducted on
Saturdays; 2pm to 3 pm.
Sundays 11 am to 12pm.

My child is a First timer, is he/she allowed to participate?
- Yes. We encourage all first-timers to participate since this MUN is going to be right from the basics.
Why Prince MUN?
Prince MUN helps young minds explore and develop skills like public speaking, global issues, and research skills.
Prince MUN gives the opportunity to explore the field of MUN before you go to an actual MUN. It gives you confidence to go on stage and perform well, without having the chill down the spine.
Does one need any prior experience?
- Absolutely Not. We welcome all first-timers since this MUN will be right from Scratch. From how to go about a MUN to an actual MUN conference within their peers
Will this help my child in future?
- Definitely Yes. MUN helps students become better public speakers, global-minded students, critical thinkers and develops leadership skills.

- This will also help for college applications and CV's in the future.
What are your program hours?
- The program is split into 8 sessions. 4 one hour sessions followed by 2 mock Muns and a final MUN conference
What are the charges for this program?
- The charges for this program are 1500 Rupees (INR) for 8 sessions per participant.
Where are these sessions going to be conducted?
- These sessions will be conducted on Zoom
When does this start and end? (Duration)
- The third edition of Prince MUN starts on 12th November and ends on 10th December 2022.
Will my child get a certificate?
- Yes. Each child would get a certificate at the end of the program.
